Job Title -Project Coordinator - Clinical EMR Integration Projects

Responsibilities:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team and support clinical Electronic Medical Record (EMR) integration projects. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and a go-getter attitude. This role will involve working closely with IT functional managers and project managers on complex IT projects, ensuring that all project information is accurately documented and stakeholders are effectively communicated with.
Responsibilities:
- Project Support: Assist Project Managers with various projects, ensuring all project information is documented, including changes, action items, issues, risks, and decisions.
- Schedule Updates: Regularly update project schedules and prepare meeting materials such as agendas, meeting minutes, and presentations.
- Reporting: Compile weekly project status reports and other necessary reports.
- Stakeholder Interaction: Interact with project stakeholders as required to ensure smooth project progression.
- Document Management: Ensure all project documents are stored in the appropriate document repository.
- Framework Maintenance: Assist with the maintenance, enhancements, and updates of agreed framework standards, including documentation standards/templates and process frameworks.
- Process Improvement: Participate and contribute to EPMO process improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in IT or healthcare settings.
- Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate project documentation.
