Analyze, elicit, elaborate, document, & transfer the business requirements of customers to the IT department. Perform business analysis & requirements management during design stages of project. Utilize: AEM, HP ALM, Agile, JIRA, Rally, Oracle, DB2 Sharepoint, Python, MS Project, MS Visio.
