Collaborate with client services team, healthcare business partners & stakeholders to gather & document business requirements, prepare functional & business intelligence teams. Monitor quality of care in compliance with NCQA, HEDIS & URAC standards. Utilize the following: SAS, SQL, SSRS, MS Excel, SQL Queries, OLAP Cubes.
